Veyara – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Veyara. By booking an appointment or purchasing products or services through Veyara, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Bookings
- All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system, by phone, or via email.
- A confirmation message will be sent once your booking is secured.
- Please ensure all personal details provided are accurate so we can contact you if required.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
To respect the time and preparation that goes into each treatment at Veyara:
- 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the treatment cost.
- No-show appointments may be charged at full price.
3. Late Arrivals
- If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.
- The full treatment fee will still apply.
4. Payments
- Veyara accepts card payments, cash, and online payments.
- Payment is required at the time of treatment unless otherwise arranged.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
5. Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
- Vouchers must be presented at the time of your appointment.
- They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.
6. Refunds & Returns
- All treatment purchases and completed services are non-refundable.
- Retail products may be exchanged within 7 days if unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- No refunds for change of mind.
7. Health & Safety
- Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or concerns prior to treatment.
- Veyara reserves the right to decline a treatment if it is not suitable or safe for the client.
- Clients under 18 require parental consent.
8. Personal Belongings
- Veyara is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items brought into the studio.
9. Privacy
- All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Your details will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.
10. Right to Refuse Service
Veyara reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who:
- Displays inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour
- Arrives intoxicated
- Fails to comply with studio policies
11. Changes to Terms
Veyara may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updated terms.
